Do You deliver Internationally?
We deliver all over EU. For delivering to other countries and continents please contact us for more information.
Shipping costs, which are indicated separately during the order process, must be added to all prices. BUDDZA is sending products per priority registered post, which can be tracked by the sending ID. We are using the Poczta Polska delivery service.
Estimated shipping times
The delivery periods are from 7 to 14 working days (within Poland - 1 to 3 Days). Please note that depending on the postal service, and holidays these times may vary slightly. If payment is made by advance bank transfer, the goods are delivered to the Customer upon receipt of payment in full of the gross amount specified in the invoice; in this case, the delivery periods are calculated as of BUDDZA’s receipt of payment.
How can I track my order?
For your parcel tracking, click on your BUDDZA account and go to your transaction – you will see all updates there.
BUDDZA keeps your payment information secure. All customer’s data are used only for shipping and billing purposes. Buddza will never share customer’s data with other parties.
The Customer may choose between the following means of payment: PayPal or advance bank transfer. Payments can be done by depositing to our bank account in Bank Millenium in PLN and EUR.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Can I exchange/return my order?
BUDDZA hopes you will love everything that you’ve ordered. If the goods do not fulfill your expectations you have 14 days to exchange or return. For customized products exchange is not possible as well as for products damaged by dogs.
